• We collect personal data which is necessary to provide our services. This includes name, email address, phone number and other relevant information.

• We use this data exclusively for the purposes agreed with the customer, for contract processing, for communication with the customer and to improve our products.
• We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose.
• The security of your data is our top priority. We use technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection.

3. Sharing of data

• We do not pass on personal data to third parties unless this is required by law or necessary to fulfill the contract.
• When using digital products, data can be transferred to external service providers (e.g. hosting providers). These service providers are contractually obliged to comply with data protection.

4. Rights of the persons affected

• You have the right to get information about the data we process as well as the correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection.
• If you believe that the processing of your data violates current data protection regulations, or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the opportunity to complain to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority is responsible.
