General terms and conditions (GTC) for coaching and digital products

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationships between the provider (hereinafter “we” or “provider”) and the customer (hereinafter “customer” or “user”) for coaching and digital products. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


2. Definitions

  • Coaching Products: Services that provide personal development, advice or training to achieve individual goals.
  • Digital products: software, e-books, online courses, apps or other digital content.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1. The contract is concluded by accepting the provider's offer. Acceptance occurs through confirmation, sending of the goods or beginning of the service.
3.2. The customer agrees that communication takes place electronically.


4. Right of withdrawal

4.1. The customer can withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider by means of a clear statement (letter to Melanie Katharina Zenz, Saggau 104, 8453 St. Johann i. S. Austria or email to info(at)melaniexkatharina.com). Exercising the statutory right of withdrawal after the service has begun to be provided (from the first appointment of a consultation session) is no longer possible.
4.2. When providing digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the provider has begun to fulfill the contract.


5. Rights of use

5.1. The customer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for digital products and may only use them for personal purposes.
5.2. Coaching products may only be used for personal purposes.


6. Data protection

6.1. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
6.2. The customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purposes stated in the privacy policy.


7 Liability

7.1. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products.
7.2. We assume no liability for individual results of coaching products.


8. Final regulations

8.1. Austrian law applies.
8.2. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
