Refund policy

1.1 The customer can withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider by means of a clear statement (letter to Melanie Katharina Zenz, Saggau 104, 8453 St. Johann i. S. Austria or email to info(at)melaniexkatharina.com).
Exercising the right of withdrawal after the service has begun to be provided (from the moment of the first appointment of a coaching session) is no longer possible.
1.2 When providing digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the provider has begun to fulfill the contract.
The consumer has no right of withdrawal for the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a physical data carrier, if the provider - with the consumer's express consent, combined with his confirmation of knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of early start to the fulfillment of the contract and after providing a copy or confirmation in accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 3 FAGG - the delivery has begun before the expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period.

With the complete ordering and payment process, the consumer confirms that the consumer has acknowledged that his right of withdrawal in the event of an early start (before the expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period/revocation period) with the fulfillment of the contract - after the provision of a copy or confirmation of the contract concluded contract on a durable data medium (e-mail) including the above declaration of consent and this confirmation of knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal).
